About Kerry
Kerry's healing practice started as a result of her own journey through some treacherous times. She struggled greatly with addiction and depression and had little sense of her voice, her boundaries, and personal power. It wasn’t just that her first few decades years of life were full of deep struggle, they were also the decades where limiting beliefs were taking root, along with some unhealthy, trauma-based behavioral patterns like addiction.
Her lifelong debilitating patterns seemed unable to shift regardless of her efforts. Kerry was one of those people who "tried everything.” Finding herself in a desperate place, Kerry began exploring alternative healing modalities that made a real and significant difference in resolving her long-term issues and trauma.

In turn, Kerry supports others on their healing journeys by offering wellness modalities that truly make a difference in resolving long-term struggles and restoring wellness. She helps individuals and groups experience significant shifts towards a healthier and more harmonious state of being by applying innovative methods that promote physical, mental, and emotional wellness as well as spiritual integration.
Over the years, Kerry has facilitated many wellness-related workshops, including Light Language Transmissions, “Dancing with the Beloved: A Workshop in Conscious Partnership,” Transformational Breath, Overcoming Emotional Eating, Empathy, Conflict Resolution, and more.

Kerry is on the board of Relationships with Purpose, a 501(c) 3 organization servicing unhoused individuals in Sacramento, California. She is the co-founder of a new publishing company, Journey of the Phoenix. 100% of the proceeds from books sold through Journey of the Phoenix Publishing are used to support services provided through Relationships with Purpose.
Kerry holds a BS in Environmental Studies from SUNY Environmental Science and Forestry and an MPS in Adult Education and Agricultural Extension from Cornell University. Kerry’s background includes organic farming and beekeeping, as well as adult education within academia and organizations.
